1.)How long does my stocks take to arrive?
::It will take 4 days to a week for your stock to arrive after the closing of each predorder date.(We will ty to speed things up as much as we can.)
2.)What happens if my orders are out of stock?(oos)
::If we recieved news from our supplier that the items u want is OOS,we will inform you and you will have 2 alternatives,the 1st is to exchange for another item of the similar price(pls note price difference will not be refunded),the 2nd is to wait 1 week to 2 weeks for our supplier to restock the item.
3.)How will postage rates be charged?
::Please refer to our postage rates tab. In the final confirmation email,if you calculate wrongly/do not know how to calculate,we will send you the final amount added with the postage rates in the confirmation email.
4.)Why are we trustable?
::First of all,we have a company registration license, Secondly,our hp numbers will be disclosed to you after your orders are confirmed.Thirdly,we will put our msn address here and would be online the whole day.Whats more,we will issue you a receipt with our company stamp for every of your purchases.Meetups are also available.
5.)Do we do bulk orders?
::Yes we do but only for masks and certain items which will be indicated below our products.As Nrwzd's items are all pre ordered so we do not have any readily available instocks.
6.)How to pay if Opting for meetups.
::Meetups is free at pasir ris interchange to our schedule. U will have to pay 80% of your total bill stated in the confirmation email after your order form is sent to us. For the remaining 20%,you will pay us after the meetup and the collection of goods.
7.)Do you do meetups at other areas?
::Yes we do,but only to our schedule and only at any areas at east side.For others,we will only do that if you are willing to pay us the cab fare from our place to yours and back to the east.
8.)How do i calculate if i want to collect my goods in the east?
::Very simple,we are located in the pasir ris so if you want us to meet you in the east just play 2.5x the mrt fare.(Eg. To tampines = u pay $1.00 x 2.5 = $2.50)
