1.) All stocks will take 3 days to 1 week to arrive from our supplier after preorders date are closed. We advise those who cannot wait not to join our preorder and get our instocks instead.
2.) Please pay us withnin 24 hrs after an confirmation email is sent to you.
Our handphone no. will be sent to u once your orders are confirmed.

3.) No refunds or exchange allowed unless there is a problem with our products.
4.) In the case of Out of stock items u are entitled to change another product here with a similar price (balance amount will not be given if u choose another item of a lower price)
5.) We will not entertain any mistakes in your order so please do check your order form properly before submitting to us. Once we have sent the order to taiwan,u cannot change it.
6.) In the case of meetup,pay 80% of your total product bill and the rest on the day of meetup.(only at pasir ris interchange)
7.) Strictly NO backing out of orders or u will be blacklisted here and other ally blogshops.
8.) All our items price are exclusive of postage.(check below for postage rates)
